This is a game for the "Sports that Shouldn't Exist" game jam hosted by the University of Oregon. I don't want to spoil much, because the game is pretty simple, but the tagline explains it pretty well; "Pong with a twist!"

Unpack the file, open the .exe, insall it, ignore windows saying it's a virus (it's just the packager don't worry) and tada!
